Teague Kirkpatrick is a strategic leader with a passion for mobility, transportation, and innovation. With a career spanning over a decade, Teague has built a reputation for driving growth through creative problem-solving, technology integration, and strategic partnerships.

Teague's career in transportation technology began in 2010 at Routematch Software, a company specializing in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for diverse clients, including urban and rural transit systems, non-profits, and private providers. Rising to Director of Sales, Teague led a national team, driving the company’s success in microtransit and on-demand services. His efforts contributed to Routematch's growth and led to its acquisition by Uber Technologies in 2020. At Uber Transit, Teague expanded his role to include Uber’s solutions, maintaining strong sales and account management while adapting to new market dynamics.

In 2022, Teague joined RideCo, a leader in innovative microtransit services. There, he helped refine the company’s approach to paratransit, enhancing its service offerings and market reach through his forward-thinking strategies.

Currently, Teague serves as the National Director of Business Development at zTrip, the largest taxicab and transportation firm in the United States, operating in nearly 40 markets across 20 states. His role focuses on expanding beyond traditional taxicab services by creating strategic partnerships in various verticals, including public transit, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), human services, student transportation, and other B2B and B2G markets.
