Looking ahead to our 2025 ImpACT! Leadership Seminar
ACT staff and our 2025 cohort are gearing up for this year's ImpACT! Leadership seminar, which will take place in Atlanta, GA next week. The location may be different, but the TDM learning and leadership training will be wonderful as always! We're expecting an unforgettable event, and if you're curious about what's in store, check out the details below.
How do participants prepare?
With a packed agenda of team building and professional development ahead, there's a lot to look forward to. Before the seminar, the cohort kicked off the program with a special virtual meeting. There, they reviewed the agenda as a group, discussed important housekeeping items for the seminar, and learned about their team bonding activity. We're switching it up this year with something that's never been done before, and you'll have to stay tuned to find out what it is!
Ahead of Atlanta, impactees will each complete a Clifton Strengths assessment to learn about their unique strengths and qualities. These takeaways will be key to the program and how the groups for their industry projects come together.
What does the seminar entail?
Though impactees will be in Atlanta for just three days, their days will be full of opportunities to foster new connections and expand their skills and knowledge. A rough schedule is as follows:
- Day one: Leadership training and a special team building activity
- Day two: Leadership training and a Reception with the Board of Directors
- Day three: CliftonStrengths recap, group project selection and initial development, and presentations to the Board of Directors
This cohort has a few very exciting days ahead of them, and we can't wait to see what they'll accomplish. Once they've kicked off their group projects, the next few months will fly by until their final presentations!

Though the seminar is the longest period of time this cohort will be together in person, the fun is just beginning! The next few months will bring roundtables with subject matter experts, regular meetings of the project groups, and many opportunities to collaborate.
