ACT Submits recommendations to the UN Decade of Sustainable Transport

From 2026-2035, the United Nations will be recognizing the UN Decade of Sustainable Transport. As part of their efforts to develop an implementation plan, the UN opened a call for global stakeholders to share their comments.
ACT strongly believes that embedding TDM in the implementation plan is key to advancing the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. As a result, we recently submitted input for the implementation plan surrounding sustainable transport, policy recommendations, and stakeholder collaboration.
Moving forward, ACT has expressed interest in the following contributions:
- Advocacy for policy and regulatory change and research
- Promoting public awareness and education
- Facilitating partnerships across sectors
