Early takeaways from the 2025 Membership Survey

General News,

Each year, ACT opens up a Membership Survey to gather important information and feedback from our members. From resources used to events, services, and more, these details help us shape the ACT experience. Thank you to all who have already completed it. We're growing closer to our response goal!

Early learnings

While the survey is technically open until next Wednesday, a few early learnings have already emerged! Check them out below, and if you haven't taken the survey yet, you can do so here.

  • Members' top reasons for being an ACT member are:
    1. Being part of an international community of TDM professionals
    2. Access to TDM trends and best practices
    3. Access to education and professional development opportunities
  • 93% of respondents strongly agree or agree that they have used ACT as a resource over the past year
  • The top three utilized programs and services are:
    • The ACT website
    • ACT webinars
    • Chapter meetings
  • 76% of respondents strongly agree or agree that being a member of their local chapter increases the value of their membership

This could all change, as the form won't close until Wednesday, April 30! We have not yet hit our goal for responses, but we're getting close. With your help, we can meet our goal and help improve the membership experience for you and fellow professionals.
