Roz currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), where she oversees talent strategy, organizational development, and employee engagement for one of the Southeast’s leading regional planning organizations. With over a decade of experience in TDM and extensive leadership expertise, Roz has played a pivotal role in implementing innovative strategies that enhance commuter experiences while addressing critical environmental and workforce challenges. Her collaborative leadership style and ability to envision bold solutions make her a natural fit to guide ACT into an exciting future.

Beyond her professional achievements, Roz is known for her unwavering commitment to fostering meaningful relationships and empowering others. Whether mentoring emerging leaders or shaping impactful programs, Roz exemplifies ACT’s mission to build thriving, connected communities.
