David will provide updates on the shared mobility landscape, micromobility's growth opportunities and challenges, and an overview of ActiveScore certification, and how it can be applied towards new and existing real estate developments, multifamily buildings, and campuses. He will also speak about an upcoming member event in May in Cambridge, MA, an active transportation tour at a mixed-used development that has received ActiveScore certification for several of their buildings.

David Reed is the Founder & CEO of SustainMobility, launching in 2021, and working with early stage sustainable mobility startups, and real estate developers and owners to prioritize active and sustainable transportation in their developments. He is partnered with the London-based ActiveScore to expand the certification to more forward-thinking real estate developments in North America. David has extensive experience working in the shared micromobility industry as an early employee of a fast growing organization and as an outside consultant to expand shared mobility services to cities, campuses, and properties.
