Broadway Subway Project Tour
This tour will provide insight on Vancouver's next rapid transit line.
Event Details
Join this tour, hosted by the Association of Commuter Transportation (ACT) - the largest industry organization dedicated to transportation demand management, for a sidewalk tour of the Broadway-City Hall Station construction site.
TI Corp will lead the tour and provide insight on:
- Views of future passenger circulation shaft, station and crossover box construction (walls, station box roof)
- Integration into existing station and active rail line – new line and passenger connections tunneled underneath
- Relocation and upgrade of major regional utility (combined water and sewage pipe)
- Traffic deck and pedestrian bridges to provide access to businesses and keep people moving above station construction
- Business wayfinding and murals during construction
- Tunnel fit-out
We’ll then be hosting a Happy Hour at Please Beverage Co (https://pleasebevco.ca/) on 5th at Columbia St from 5:30-7:30pm. Register separately. There is a cap of 15 people for the tour and 25 people for Happy Hour. Looking forward to connecting with you!
