Elissa Thomas

I have nearly 20 years of experience in program management while leading and supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts. I currently serve as the Director of Sustainability and Transportation Demand Manager at California State University, Fullerton. I serve on ACT's DEI Committee as well as on the Board of Healing To You, a nonprofit providing mobile medical & mental health services for survivors of domestic violence. I am committed to addressing the intersection of race, class, and access to educational, vocational, and wellness opportunities; the impact of transportation mode choice on air quality; and the importance of clean and affordable mobility choices for all.
