Chapter Member of the Year
Colleen has been a pillar of the TDM industry nationally while she leads up one of the most notable TDM Ordinances and associated programs at the City of Santa Monica. She not only navigates the complexities of ordinance implementation and management, but she is also always at our membership meetings and at the ready to help out for the chapter/industry. Recently she helped organize and lead the epic beach bike tour for the TDM Forum in Los Angeles!
City of Los Angeles, COMMUTEwell Program
Organizational Member of the Year
The City of Los Angeles' COMMUTEwell program provides alternative commute services, information, and resources to over 30,000 City employees. In 2024 they enhanced their program benefits to include a $100 transit incentive and a $5/day bike/walk incentive. They also amended the program to allow part-time employees to join. Way to go, COMMUTEwell!
