Anyone that works in the Transportation Demand Management field is aware of the standard suite of strategies. However, finding ways to engage our commuter market and connecting them to preferred commute choices is not always as clear. In an age of social media and smart technologies, our customers, like any other market, have expectations about establishing a relationship with the service/product provider that is tailored to their specific needs. The panel will discuss scalable strategies that leverage customized data collection, enhanced communication tools, and integrated solutions to connect the commuter to the to the right commute choice and in turn, create lasting behavior change. By establishing a credible relationship with our employees, our investments into various programs will yield value by achieving greater participation.
