Trump Administration Delays Effective Date of Performance Measures Rule

Today the Trump Administration announced through the Federal Register that it was delaying the effective date of the national performance measures for
Assessing Pavement Condition for the National Highway Performance Program and Bridge Condition for the National Highway Performance Program, and;
Assessing Performance of the National Highway System, Freight Movement on the Interstate System, and Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program.
The original effective date was February 17, 2017, however, the Trump Administration froze all regulatory action while his Administration got into place. The new effective date was supposed to be March 21st, 2017. The new effective date, as of this action, will be May 20, 2017.
