ATN is seeking a proven app developer that can provide a solution that meets our existing and future ridership’s needs, through an integrated, seamless mobile application connecting travel choices with payment options. As a result of the RFQ evaluations, ATN will select a limited number of consultants to participate in a more detailed solicitation that will result in the execution of a contract approved by the ATN Board of Directors. Only consultants that qualify as a result of this RFQ process, will be permitted to propose in response to the detailed solicitation.

This program provides professional Transportation Demand Management (TDM) products and services on a statewide basis and support services for Shore Line East commuter rail. These products and services will serve to assist CTDOT in implementing operating programs to improve mobility, reduce traffic congestion and improve air quality, while offering employers and commuters valuable information and services, including encouraging the use of carpooling, mass transit and other alternatives to driving alone.
